Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase, unfortunately after these 30 days we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it's original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalised items or earrings unless damaged or faulty. If you receive your order and it's damaged please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to make it right.
Please email us with your order number, and we'll let you know how to make your return. We politely ask that you don't return items without contacting us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Any refunds will be processed within 7 days and will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.
Items with stated imperfections
If an item is stated to have an imperfection, unfortunately this will not be considered a fault requiring a refund.
If you decide that you wish to return an item to us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so you can confirm we have received the return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
